Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscript through the official MindRadix system or email.

Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial team conducts a preliminary check for scope, quality, and formatting.
- Plagiarism check (< 15%)
- Suitable → Peer review
- Not suitable → Desk rejection
Reviewer Assignment
Manuscript is assigned to 2 or more subject experts.
- Selected based on expertise
- Author & reviewer identities hidden
Peer Review Process
Evaluated on originality, quality, methodology, clarity, and relevance.
Author Revision
If revisions are required, authors receive comments and must revise within a timeframe.
Revised manuscript may be re-evaluated.
Final Editorial Decision
The editorial board reviews comments and the revised manuscript.

Plagiarism & Publication Ethics Policy

MindRadix (owned by Meadow Edutech Private Limited) is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics.
1. Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism is defined as the use of another person’s work, ideas, or data without proper acknowledgment. All submissions undergo mandatory screening using advanced plagiarism detection tools.
Permissible Limits: Overall similarity < 15% (excluding references). Similarity from a single source ≤ 3–5%.
Self-Plagiarism: Authors must not reuse substantial portions of their previously published work without proper citation.
2. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Disclosure: Must clearly disclose AI use in writing/analysis.
- Responsibility: AI cannot be an author; humans are fully responsible.
- Limitation: MindRadix may reject excessively AI-generated submissions.
3. Authorship & Contributions
- Genuine: All authors must have made a significant contribution.
- Prohibited: Guest/gift authorship is strictly forbidden.
- Changes: Require written explanation & consent from all authors.
4. Data Integrity & Originality
Original Work: Confirm work is original and unpublished elsewhere.
Data Fabrication: Falsification of data/images will result in immediate rejection and potential permanent ban.
5. Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships (funding, sponsorships, grants, employment) that could bias their work.
6. Peer Review & Editorial Integrity
- Mandatory Review: No publication without successful peer-review.
- Double-Blind System: Authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
- Unbiased Evaluation: Evaluated solely on academic merit.
- Confidentiality: Submissions treated as confidential.
- Editorial Decision: Approval based on quality, originality, and relevance.
7. Actions Against Ethical Misconduct
Before Publication
- Immediate rejection of the manuscript.
- Fees are non-refundable.
After Publication
- Formal retraction or removal.
- Issuance of an official Retraction Notice.
- Additional actions for serious misconduct.
8. Reporting Ethical Concerns
Any individual who identifies plagiarism or ethical misconduct is encouraged to report it. Reports will be handled with strict confidentiality.
