MindRadix reserves the right to reject, defer, suspend, or delay submissions at any stage in accordance with editorial, ethical, technical, administrative, or legal considerations.

12.2 Misconduct Consequences

Submissions involving plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, fake reviewer identities, manipulated citations, fraudulent affiliations, copyright violations, unethical conduct, or other forms of academic misconduct may result in rejection, suspension, retraction, account restrictions, removal of published material, institutional notification where reasonably necessary, and appropriate legal or regulatory action in accordance with applicable law and publishing ethics standards.

Editorial and administrative decisions shall generally be considered final, subject to applicable correction, clarification, appeal, or internal review procedures where available.

13. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) USAGE & ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

MindRadix may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning systems, and automated technologies within its operational workflows, including plagiarism and similarity screening, metadata optimization, language and formatting evaluations, submission categorization, translation assistance, and editorial support processes.

Authors are responsible for appropriately disclosing any material use of generative AI tools in the preparation, drafting, editing, analysis, or generation of submitted manuscripts, where required under applicable publication or editorial policies.

MindRadix and Meadow Edutech Private Limited shall not be held liable, to the extent permitted under applicable law, for false positives, false negatives, algorithmic misclassification, automated overflagging or under-flagging, machine translation inaccuracies, AI-generated analytical errors, or editorial or operational decisions made with the assistance of automated systems or AI-supported tools.

MindRadix may charge fees for Article Processing Charges (APCs), formatting or language assistance, DOI services, plagiarism screening, print production, certificate issuance or delivery, expedited processing, subscription services, premium publication features, and related academic or publishing operations.

All applicable taxes, including GST/VAT, banking charges, foreign remittance fees, payment gateway processing charges, currency conversion costs, and related transaction expenses shall ordinarily be borne by the user unless otherwise specified. MindRadix and Meadow Edutech Private Limited shall not be held responsible, to the extent permitted under applicable law, for losses arising from payments made to unauthorized accounts, fraudulent representatives, fake payment links, phishing systems, impersonators, or unverified third-party intermediaries.

Users are independently responsible for verifying payment instructions, banking details, invoice authenticity, and official communication channels prior to initiating transactions.

15. REFUND, CANCELLATION & PROCESSING DEDUCTIONS

15.1 Processing Stage Deductions

Editorial processing, plagiarism screening, technical validation, peer-review coordination, and publication workflows require operational, technical, and human resource allocation upon initiation. Accordingly, refunds, where applicable, may depend upon the processing stage reached at the time of cancellation or withdrawal.

Plagiarism Screening Stage: Once plagiarism or similarity screening has been initiated for a manuscript, book, journal, magazine, or related publication material using licensed software systems, the applicable screening and technical processing charges shall generally be non-refundable.

Peer-Review and Editorial Evaluation Stage: If a submission is rejected during editorial assessment, technical evaluation, or peer-review processes, administrative costs, reviewer honorariums, processing fees, hosting expenses, and related operational deductions may be applied before any eligible refund balance is processed.

Post-Publication Stage: Once content has been officially published, indexed, distributed, printed, or archived through the Platform, publication and processing charges shall ordinarily be non-refundable.

15.2 Physical Print Orders

Cancellation requests for printed books, magazines, certificates, or physical publication materials may be accepted only before packaging, printing finalization, or courier dispatch processes begin. Post-dispatch cancellations or return claims may not be eligible except where required under applicable law.

15.3 Duplicate or Technical Billing Errors

Users must report duplicate payments, gateway processing issues, banking errors, or technical billing discrepancies through official support channels within a reasonable reporting period. Verified duplicate transactions may be reviewed for correction or refund subject to payment verification procedures.

15.4 Retraction & Misconduct Liability

If published material is retracted, suspended, restricted, hidden, or removed due to plagiarism, fabricated data, duplicate submissions, fake authorship, copyright violations, unethical conduct, judicial orders, or academic misconduct, applicable publication and processing fees may remain nonrefundable.

Authors responsible for confirmed misconduct may also be held liable for reasonable investigation costs, reviewer expenses, administrative losses, legal compliance costs, or litigation-related expenses incurred by MindRadix and Meadow Edutech Private Limited, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

The Platform may issue retraction notices, ethical concern statements, corrections, institutional notifications, or related public integrity disclosures where reasonably necessary, ethically appropriate, or legally required.

16. PRINT PUBLICATIONS, SHIPPING & RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) POLICY

Estimated delivery timelines for printed books, journals, magazines, certificates, and related physical publication materials are indicative only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments.

MindRadix and Meadow Edutech Private Limited shall not be held responsible, to the extent permitted under applicable law, for shipping delays, transit interruptions, customs clearance delays, regional delivery restrictions, force majeure events, third-party courier failures, or delivery issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete user-provided shipping information.

Once a shipment has been dispatched through an external courier or logistics provider, transit handling, delivery operations, and related transportation risks shall primarily remain under the responsibility of the respective courier or logistics service provider.

16.1 Return-To-Origin (RTO) & Reshipping Charges

If a shipment is returned to the Company due to incorrect address details, invalid contact information, repeated delivery failure, refusal to accept delivery, user unavailability, or related recipient-side issues, additional return handling, storage, repackaging, courier, and reshipping charges may apply before redispatch is initiated.

Users are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details and delivery accessibility at the time of order placement.

17. WITHDRAWAL, RETRACTION & ARCHIVING

Content officially published through MindRadix may become part of the long-term scholarly and archival record of the Platform. Requests for withdrawal, correction, restriction, or removal may be reviewed in accordance with applicable publication ethics standards, legal obligations, archival integrity requirements, and operational policies.

Where appropriate, the Platform may issue corrections, errata notices, expressions of concern, retraction statements, restricted-access preservation records, or archival notices instead of permanent deletion.

Certain materials may continue to be retained within secure, restricted, legal, or archival preservation systems in accordance with applicable law, ethical standards, or scholarly recordkeeping requirements.

18. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS & TAKEDOWN REQUESTS

To submit a copyright infringement or intellectual property complaint, the complainant must provide reasonable proof of ownership, the exact allegedly infringing URL or material reference, relevant identification details, and a good-faith declaration confirming the accuracy of the complaint through the official grievance contact channel.

Upon receiving a complaint, MindRadix may temporarily restrict, disable, review, investigate, or remove the relevant content while seeking clarification from the publishing author, rights holder, or other involved parties where necessary.

MindRadix reserves the right to reject, dismiss, or disregard incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, misleading, or bad-faith complaints.

Any knowingly false, malicious, or misleading copyright complaint may result in appropriate legal, administrative, or regulatory action in accordance with applicable law.

20. USER COMMENTS & COMMUNITY INTERACTION

Users are solely responsible for all comments, reviews, peer-review remarks, forum discussions, messages, and other interactive content submitted through the Platform. Users must not post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, promotional, or unethical material through community or interactive features.

MindRadix does not routinely pre-screen all user-generated content; however, the Platform reserves the right to monitor, moderate, restrict, hide, or remove content that violates applicable laws, academic ethics standards, platform policies, or community guidelines, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindRadix and Meadow Edutech Private Limited against claims, complaints, liabilities, or legal actions arising directly from their submitted comments, reviews, or interactive communications, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

21. ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIPS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MindRadix and Meadow Edutech Private Limited do not independently endorse, guarantee, verify, or warrant the accuracy, legality, reliability, quality, or safety of products, services, claims, or representations made by third-party advertisers or sponsors.

Users interacting with third-party advertisements, sponsored links, external offers, or promotional materials do so at their own discretion and risk. MindRadix shall not be held responsible, to the extent permitted under applicable law, for losses, damages, disputes, fraud, or transactional issues arising from user interactions with external advertisers or third-party promotional entities.
