5. AI & Automated Processing

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, MindRadix utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) for content categorization, recommendations, and screening. By using the platform, you acknowledge that your submitted content will be processed by these automated systems.

6. Data Retention & Archiving

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Published Content: In accordance with international publication standards, published articles form a part of a permanent digital archive. These remain on the platform even if you deactivate your account, subject to our Withdrawal Policy (Section 7.3 of T&C).

7. Communication & Anti-Spam Policy

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive:

  • Essential service updates (submission status, receipts).
  • Occasional newsletters and promotional offers (You may opt-out of promotional emails via the 'Unsubscribe' link).

We maintain a strict anti-spam policy and do not share your contact info with unauthorized third parties.

8. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You have the right to:

  • Request a summary of personal data being processed.
  • Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Withdraw consent for future processing (this may limit your access to services).
  • Grievance redressal through our designated officer.

MindRadix is not responsible for any personal information you choose to disclose within the body of your published articles or public bio. The views expressed in publications are those of the authors and do not represent Meadow Edutech Private Limited.

10. Intellectual Property & Takedown Procedure

If you believe your privacy or copyright has been infringed, you may submit a Takedown Notice to info.mindradix@gmail.com. Notices must include the specific URL, identification of the work, and your contact details.

11. Beta Features & Testing

We may occasionally offer "Beta" features. Usage data during these phases is used specifically for bug fixes and service optimization. Experimental features are provided "as-is."

12. Security & Force Majeure

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your data. However, MindRadix shall not be liable for data loss or breaches caused by Force Majeure events, including cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or large-scale internet outages beyond our control.
